An existing three storey office building within the historic city walls of Chichester, West Sussex, was partially converted forming improved office space, 3no new spacious 2 bedroom apartments and a rooftop penthouse apartment with lift access. The scheme provided on-curtilage parking spaces for the residential accommodation, and the luxurious penthouse apartment enjoys unobstructed views across Chichester city centre towards the 12th century city cathedral, and beyond towards the Sussex Downs.
